Having never ordered from here before, I was a little nervous about the recipient would receive. I had her send me a picture of it. I couldn't have been happier! I requested that Christmas items be included if possible, and they made that happen in the arrangement as well. After a disastrous attempt at ordering through a 1-800 company, I decided to go local. I couldn’t be happier. Order process was easy, communication was great, and the recipients loved their gift, which was even nicer and more creative than shown. Definitely will order from Simply Elegant Flowers again!
